I had a terrible eperience during recent travel to Hyderabad. We were stuck at Hyderabad Airport for 15 hours. The Airport People did not provide us with water or food. There was no rest room. I too had bad experience with the Airport. The user facilities are poorly designed. Ramp is too steep. VERY STEEP. We can see kids falling all the time.
